Statement of Financial Responsibility (Policy SA-12)

Policy:

All students who enroll at Clarkson College are required to sign a Statement of Financial Responsibility
Agreement. The Agreement outlines the student’s financial obligations to the College. It serves as the
student’s acknowledgment of the College’s policies related to payment of charges for tuition, fees, and
on-campus housing (if applicable).

Procedure:

1) All students must complete a Statement of Financial Responsibility Agreement.
a) On-Campus and On-Line domestic (non-international) students must complete the Statement of Financial Responsibility form (see Appendix A).
b) International Students must complete the Certification of Financial Responsibility Agreement (see Appendix B).

2) This Agreement is located on the students’ MyCC portal and must be reviewed and
signed by the student before the student is allowed to move forward with the course
enrollment process.
