NRS 126 - Foundational Skills and Assessment of the Adult: Clinical

This course will allow students to perform foundational nursing and assessment skills in the care of the adult. The student will demonstrate the fundamentals of safety to minimize risk of harm to clients and health care providers, as it applies to evidence-based, client-centered care in a variety of health care environments. Students will practice behaviors that support a professional, caring relationship.
