This course applies leadership concepts to physical therapy teams and organizations, including the professional association. Students will learn core practices of exemplary leadership and apply leadership problem-solving behaviors. The course will include the role of values in decision making as they apply to organizations. This course will also serve to facilitate the process of incorporating leadership and advanced practice skills from program coursework into contemporary practice.
