PMM 103 - Project Execution
In the modern work environment, the project lifecycle always involves unforeseen challenges that require the project manager to adjust. Successful project implementation and closure requires conviction and trust in processes and personnel. Both are vital parts of a project’s success and indicate how future projects will be managed. This course covers project execution, monitoring / control, implementation / handover, DevOps, and project closure and prepares students for Project Management Practicum and Internship.
