EDD 932 - Leadership
This course focuses on theories of leadership and their application for organizational effectiveness in society by initiating and reacting to change. The course is designed to provide a foundation in leadership theory, development, and application, as well as a framework to further develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required of leaders. Emphasis is placed on the interaction of organizational culture, leadership styles, and change, as well as the impact of such interaction on the community. ◊ This course emphasizes student engagement using a required service experience.
